Great News for Skin and Health in 2013! 1/5/13

What's come up for me in my meditation/contemplation is this is going to be a great New Year! Why? Because most people will not be "dwelling" on
the end of the world, catastrophes etc.!

The saints, masters and sages always are in agreement with this Truth: "What you dwell on is what you get or manifest."

How does this relate to skin. We people on a whole, especially 30 year olds to 50's dwell on not making enough money, I don't have love, oh I'm getting older, no one really loves me etc. etc.

I'm noticing my best clients who have had bad skin, once we talk about a balance in their life, they start thinking about things to "balance" them. Some have actually saved their life by changing their stressful jobs and getting or learning a new career even if they make less money in the beginning. And their skin starts glowing! Because they are in balance and harmonizing with nature.

Of course when you start using better natural skin products and not necessarily more pricy ones, your outer surface of your skin looks younger, more refreshed. However, these balanced souls actually have to use less products.

In meditation I kept on thinking of Harmony. When we use products that balance your skin, harmony is created in your skin.

On the back of toners, see if it says" balance your skin". Use those...no chemicals though. I really like Helena Meyer's products because each line addresses a skin condition that is out of balance, and when you use it, it harmonies your skin, bringing it back to balance as you were as a baby or toddler.

I have loved giving and receiving Acutonic treatments because it balances, harmonizes our self on a deeper level than any thing I've ever done. Its hard to explain, but I am more blissed, relaxed and grounded in my True Self after I've received and done this to others.

In the I Ching, T'ai- Harmony: Peace and Tranquility.
"although times are harmonious, you should not take them for granted. Try to understand the harmony in this. "

When were you in harmony? We do have the power and will to get back in our natural rhythm with nature and life. Dwell on Harmony....see your journey unfolding harmoniously, blissfully. Your peers, family, friends will see this inner glow in you, and you too will be "opening" the door for them.
