Easy anti-aging skin tips: Hyper pigmentation

Easy anti-aging skin tips: Hyper pigmentation

Just like in your garden the leaves of your plants and deciduous trees start turning brown, yellow and red. Just like the brown spots start popping out on your face from the summer's sun and our skin is dry, dull and looks old.
What do we do?

Start getting enzyme peels!

I am now a big believer of enzyme peels instead of chemical peels. Very simply, they clean the epidermis without killing the epidermis like chemicals do.

I want healthy "peaches and cream" skin for me and my clients. Not skin that looks as if it has no "life force" in it. You know what I mean when you see the white- faced, lifeless skin on some women. Men want a healthy-looking woman, freckles and all.

Over time (about 28 days) our skin on our face looks dull so this is a good time for an enzyme peel. It cleans out the tough keratin layer, helps unclog pores, stimulates the cells to wake up, look alive, look young and sharp, and seems to fade hyper pigmentation.

And the best part, it's done naturally, not with toxic (aging) chemicals but lovely fruits and vegetables like pineapple, papaya, pumpkin, yams. Great for the Holidays! You can't eat it though.

When we meditate, take long walks loving nature, eat healthy, our pure essence in us wants "regeneration, renewal, moderation, not over indulging in any thing". Think about that. Return to things you did as a child. And see your skin glow!

Always sending love to your skin and you!

Easy skin care tips for Anti-Aging:

Easy skin care tips for Anti-Aging:

Your mantra: chemicals are toxins and over time AGE your skin!

One of the best ingredient for your skin is LOVE! Easy to do but we seldom do it!

As I have related skin care tips to gardening, I really started giving time to See and Be with my not-so robust tomato plants and herbs . I love the smell of the tomato vines...so I lingered over them sending gratitude for their aroma.

I was really appreciating them, I guess you would say loving them. Then I noticed a revelation: when we are in the presence of someone, Be and See that person. Appreciating something about them. Yes, it would be super nice to say a nice thing about that person. We all love a nice sincere compliment and if not vocal, a smile or send love mentally.

I noticed my plants are the same but now know why I try every year to develop a Green Thumb. I'm being taught by the Souls in my plants to continually Be and See them and others. Thank you plants! They might not give me great tomatoes but they have given me the best Fruit...that revelation!

So send love to your skin...your largest organ. Give it a compliment, a smile or mental love. Imagine perfect Skin...your skin shining brightly.

Sending love and appreciation to you all,
